First, this TV is listed as being forty inches large (actual size, not picture dimension) and that's totally wrong. I had about 35 and half of inches of space in an entertainment cabinet and wanted a bigger TV to interchange a 35 inch Samsung that is maybe three years old.
I went to the Toshiba site and located that this TV is 35 inches broad - it match perfectly in my entertainment center. Arrange of the TV was easy -- mounting on stand is straight forward. So is the preliminary programming, which took perhaps 10 minutes. This unit has four HDMI plugs - and I was at first upset that three are on the aspect and only one situated at the TV's rear. I thought it was going to interfere with placement in my restricted cupboard space., but fortunately the plugs (and different controls) on the aspect are in a recessed space, so that labored out well.
Sound on this TV is okay. Sufficient enough. The image is not overwhelming noticeable. It is listed as a 120 refresh rate, however looks somewhat different than the LG that I am replacing - refresh rate isn't as noticeable. I have never actually checked the "Cloud" services accessible on this unit - and possibly will not as I have an Apple TV attached. I'll say that the community setup was simple -- picked up my wi-fi network instantly and linked, no problem. Whereas I am still evaluating this unit some, only had it per week and my spouse watches it largely, I'd say that it's well worth the price -- the associated fee for 1080p, one hundred twenty refresh and the wi-fi is tough to beat.
Excellent T.V. Does all I want it to and has all of the expertise to make it viable for years to come.
